Purmandal (also called Chhota Kashi) is a village located on the Devika River in Samba district, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
Purmandal Temple, dedicated to Parvati, is built on the west bank of the river. A number of other temples are dedicated to Shiva.
OUR PROJECT : BASED ON OUR SURVEY CARRIED OUT AT THE MAIN TEMPLE COMPLEX, WE HAVE INITIALLY IDENTIFIED FEW ROOMS AND AS PER THE PERMISSIONS AVAILABLE WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE CLEANING AND WHITEWASHING OF 5 ROOMS. IT IS JST A FIRST STEP IN RESTORING THE LOST GLORY OF SUCH A HOLY SITE. WE THE BLESSINGS OF LORD SHIVA.
